code 11, engine overheating?? Help

I just installed my plx wideband and cut off r136 and r138 resistors and try to config my voltage setting because my lamba readings in my laptop doesn't match my plx readings at all, anyhow as i'm trying to figure this all out the car threw a code 11 and it said something about engine overheating and i couldn't clear the code it will pop out again, I look at the display for ect and it read 192 degress what is going on..

the calibration is stock p72
95 civic with a stock gsr with s300 w/ s300-
stock gsr b18c with intake and headers
won't read af reading correctly threw laptop to plx monitor and also throwing a code 11

im running the newest version 1.3, i'm having problems with a code 11, which i cannot clear at all. Also, I got rid of r136 and r138 and my plx wideband is still correct vs my recorded afs. Tried everything

1.3 is not the newest version. Please download the newest version.
