06 RSX-S JRSC FUEL CUT/LEAN CUT PROBLEMS

Post by Axix23 »

06 RSX-S(19,000 miles) with JRSC (11 psi), new KPRO, new 750 rc injectors, BC RH, new 04 primary o2, new ngk 8's, and etc...

I been just lately been getting weird lean cuts/fuel cuts and just plain running more lean than usually and shortly afterwards while coasting to a light in neutral, my car will just randomly shut-off....
It will sometimes crank back up, but sometimes it will crank back up, sputter and die or crank up and idle irradtically and then sputter and then die... Temp is the around the same temp as I was tuned... No signs or misfires or anything... This happens while I am in boost around 1.0-5.0 psi around 23%-50% tps....
This is on the same TUNE I been running on for a month... Its very weird, b/c at the same areas where I was running rich, I will run lean the next second on the same fuel table column. I have tried to richen the areas up where it was running lean, but no luck, it still does it...

I have no idea other than think its a fuel related issue...
My list is: bad fuel pump, bad fuel pump relay(don't think so), bad injectors(don't think so), bad primary o2(don't think so), bad stock map sensor(I do have a plastic connector to make the smaller vaccum line connect to the larger one to run the lines from the jrsc manifold to the map sensor, but everything is super tight and no leaks I think..., it has worked for 1.5 months with no problems..)

I do noticed everytime I run lean, my fuel status is CLOSED while in boost... Is this normal? Then again, I seen other datalogs that my fuel status was CLOSED while in boost, it was rich and not lean on the SAME tune.. Makes no sense...

What is your lean cut parameters set to? You need further fuel tuning - the short term fuel trim indicates that parts of the fuel map are quite lean.

On the datalogs, it looks like one seconday I am running lean, but other datalogs with the same tune in the same areas that I was running lean, I will run fairly rich.. Make no sense...

My lean protection 1 : 13.5, 3, 250 and 2: 12.5, 1.3 psi, 100 ms

changed it to 1: 13.6, 5, 300 and 2 : 12.5, 1.9 psi, 200 ms..
Still does it..

Any ideas??
