Mods + Reflash Lean me?

Hi, here's a list of my mods:

ITR Intake manifold
Injen Shorty Intake
DCRH
Tanabe racing exhaust
Ground kit

Will the reflash dangerously lean me out, or will my engine receive some damage because of reflash?

We don't recomment the reflash with a race header.
