AEM UEGO and euro ctr question

Post by rtype »

Hi, I've managed to wire it all up through the ELD(leaving the narrowband front o2 sensor in plus am running a race header), getting a lambda reading and it's working except that the lambda figure in kmanager reads a little higher or lower to the UEGO gauge.
I've filled in 3 cells in the calibration table leanest, mid range and richest.Maybe I should fill up the conversion table?

In the AEM UEGO instructions it says you should adjust the gain(if your running the AEM EMS) to match the UEGO voltage output of 2.35v when the o2 sensor is unplugged. I try this with kpro and it reads 2.65v through the ELD. I've tried adjusting the voltage offset to get the figures to match but wasn't very successful.

Any ideas about fixing this?

You'll have to keep adjusting the voltage offset until you get them to match. If it still will not match, then you may have a ground loop or are nto getting power from the correct source which is the swithced source on the under dash fusebox.

Thanks for the reply. I'll keep trying with the voltage offset. Will post up the result.
