NEED HELP! CANT UPLOAD CALIBRATION FAILURE! READ PLEASE

hey everyone.. im having some problems i sold my aem got me a kpro. updated my usb driver it went well.. when i downloaded my map calibration the thing was a box. nothing was on it.. now im trying to use one of the presets from kmanager to upload to the computer .. everytime i try it says upload failure. also when i try to erase and it asks me are u sure i say yes it says failure.. but when i say no lol it says security erase complete please turn ingnition switch off for 1 min before loading a new calibration.. but i cant do nothing.. i starte up the car rev it dont go past 3,500 rpm and then it just startes popping little by little from the exhaust and then the car shuts off if i let go of the gas... the rpm is low i believe (jopanet) was having the same problem but not sure .. please someone help me my car is stuck in the garage i cant go no where.

Serial#-37820-PRB-A06 and numbers on the bottom 2068-606346

the calibration im tryin to use the one from kmamager which is k20a2-rsx-650cc12ohm-cyber-10psi

i have a 95 civic coupe with a
k20a2 swap with
drag turbo kit (GT35R turbo)
Exxcive intake manifold,
3" everything
1000cc injectors
tranny with lsd... and im just trying to use something simple for now and work from there..

sorry its not a Drag turbo kit its a Full Race turbo kit...

Work through the wiring and ground sections.

The most common problems are that the main relay is incorrectly wired, the timing cover ground is missing and then non-resistor spark plugs.

We have no record of this ecu. What is the serial number of the K-Pro board inside the ecu?
