Boost By Gear

Is there anyway to set boost by gear by duty cycle instead of having to create a damn table? It's not like the boost by gear thing reads off the map sensor what boost it's actually hitting? I think it'd just be easier to do all my gears by duty cycle. That way I can do:

1st, 0%
2nd, 0%
3rd, 15%
4th, 35%
5th, 35%
6th, 35%

...would be nice.

And also it'd be cool if your ecu see's that boost cut is at 12psi or w/ever it's set to. Then when you get to 11 psi, it just sets your duty cycle to 0% until it's under 11psi, and then again...
