Cannot datalog

Hi

I have problem with datalogging. The datalog was working fine but now I cannot datalog. The red light is on but the green light is off. when I press on datalogging botton the green light flashing every 3 sec. I hope if anybody can help me.

What version of software are you using from Help about?

Try going to File, new and loading a completely new file. After doing this try datalogging with the key only in the on position , but the engine not running. If it datalogs try turning the car on and see if it still datalogs. If it does you have a corrupted calibration. If it only datalogs with the key in the on position bu the engine not running then you have non-resistor spark plugs and need to change them to resistor type.

Still I have the same problem. I changed the calibration but still the same. I checked the solder and all connection in the ECU and every thing is fine.

I hope to get help ASAP.

You will have to call for step by step tech support to find out what the problem is.
