i have a 1996 honda integra with b18c motor with a jg edelbrock victor x intake manifold,skunk2 pro series throttle body, greddy 4-2-1 header with a modified collector, Ls crank, Ls rods,Civic type r pistons,skunk2 pro series stage1 cams,skunk2 pro series cam gears, excedy stage 1 clutch disc, b&m fuel pressure regulator and the head was ported and polished, if i should purchase the s300 could hondata put a base program to match what i have?

No, you or your tuner/dealer will be the ones to load the basemap and begin tuning from there. Basemaps can be found by going to File, New in Smanager.
