Upgrade possibility for the boost controller in Smanager?

Post by Martian »

Is it possible for you to rewrite the interface in the parameters for boost control. The current duty cycle does work after a lot of trial and error with temps, and duty. However here at 5280ft. the ambient temps, baro. pressure, and humidity make the boost jumpy when at the track. You can make one run at 10psi and then another run with the same settings and only get 8 psi. I am sure this isn't that big a deal a sea level, but it is up here.

My suggestion is a MAP based parameter. The ecu knows when it hits x psi, so couldn't you program the smanager to utilize the MAP sensor instead of duty cycle?
thanks,
Josh
