Ok guys don't let me bore you, im new to this Hondata stuff, i need to know what the best application for my project would be. i have a 95 gsr turbo, JE 8.5.1 pistons, eagle rods, block guard, lightned crank( or something) skunk 2- cams, cam gears, valves, valve springs, and retainers, Jg edelbrock intake manifold, 440cc injectors, turbonetics t3to4e turbo, tial wastegate, vortech 4-1 fmu, vortech bov, b&m fuel pressure regulater, 3 inch exhaust all the way back from 2 1/2 inch down pipe, sci msd, s-afc, greddy profec b boost controller, i think thats about it. when i first got the car i had to do alot of work on it and it had rc 370's, so i put it on the dyno it made 322 whp and 219 ft.lb tq., @13psi, and it was pegging out my fuel pressure guage on 100psi of fuel, so i needed to get bigger injectors, so here is where it falls down hill. I get the 440's and try to tune them in with the afc and im gettin nowhere it just runs and hesitates realllllllly bad on hi R's, it throws the map code after about half throttle on like 12 psi, because i havent been able to run past that because it seems like there is a hard fuel cut, when it throws the check code thats what i think it is anways, i know you really cant trust the a/f guage because it doesnt read as wide as we would like them to but it shows going lean and its like an all of the sudden rev limiter at like 5,000 rpms usually under a full throttle, i need some serious computer help i do belive and i think if i can get my map to stop reading boost i would be able to go up to around 16, 17 psi, and run some nice numbers, so for those of you who put in the time enough to read all this i appreciate it alot, and i would like some of your alls opinions and coments to help me out, so far my best time is 13.4@109 and its still full interior, so i want some pretttttttty numbers liek down in the mid to low 12's HELP me guys, im on aim all the time my name on there is mjsloveshsp so hit me up, thanks alot..........

I don't know that much about boosted engines, but I'll attempt to answer some of your questions. First off, I DO KNOW that 100 psi of fuel is NOT good. The reason you're throwing a MAP code is because the stock sensor can only sense up to around 1 atmosphere of pressure, or about 11 psi. If you attempt to exceed this limit, you'll get a fuel shut off until boost levels drop below the 1 atm. mark. You're right that if you trick your MAP you will be able to exceed 1 atm. of pressure, but your fueling isn't going to be correct, because the computer thinks you're getting less air than you actually are, and that combination of more air, less fuel means detonation. It sounds like you've got a lot of money invested here, and I wouldn't risk it doing stuff like that...perhaps you should consider investing in a Hondata unit.

thanks man, i knew most of that about the map thing reading bost u can watch it on the afc and when the pressure reaches like positive thats when it throws a code, i have like 3 check valves on there an shit but im gettin so frustrated with it, i just need some help on what kind of hondata unit to get, now that u know my situation here set me up with something so i can do some research on it and hopefully get the ecu upgrades and stuff that i need to help fix my problems, thanks again
