First Time Tuning

I never tuned a car in my life before. I have been doing alot of reading and have watched all the kpro training videos. I have a 03 RSX-S with a Greddy turbo kit, FMIC, 10 psi, Test pipe, 3" Cat back and 550cc injectors. I started to adjust the a/f ratio a bit for the first time. I wanna hear your feedback on how I am doing. Here is my base map and datalog.
