Ecu question for a B-16 A2???

I heard to swap my B 16 A2 (off a 99-00 SI) into my honda 97 civic LX i need a 96-97 ecu off a del sol DOHC v-tec to make it work. If this is true yet me know ,and any cheap way i can get this ecu for my car. Thanx

I would use a P28 with an OBD-2 to OBD-1 harness.

Would that make my car illegal in passing emissions if i change OBD2 to OBD1 and what P28 ecu and what year should i use for my engine???

...now when you get into emission legalities, you might be in a state that's more strict that GA...nobody here cares if you have OBD-I stuff in your OBD-II car...yet.
