S200 + HONDA P28

So I finally got my S200 and my ECU. I opened up the box and i noticed a few chips. Where do i put these chips and in what direction?

Please, read the documentation on the CD, there is all the information.

i have not nothing really clear enough. So after i install Hondata i can't turn the car on prior to installing the chip.
here's the game plan. I will installing all my aftermarket motor parts, then take the car to get tuned. My problem is i can't turn on the car with out having hondata on? Is this something the tuner will have to do? This is my first time installing hondata myself. I just want it preped for the tuner.
