AFR differs from s300 and LM-1

Post by EG2.0T »

I have the lm-1 hooked up the way that a plx m300 is hooked up. I have the analog out on hooked up to a o2 harness that i am not using and sent to the o2 signal wire. I also programmed the lm-1 for 1v = 10.00 AFR and 2v = 20.00 and have this setup selected in the s300 wideband tab. I use the voltage off set and get it almost dead on at idle. But when i rev and drive the car the AFR again differs from the LM-1 and Hondata. i have my lm-1 plugged into my cig lighter. i will be trying to just hook up on of the analog outs to the eld (d10) wire to see if anything improves. Does anyone have any idea?

Try to adjust your calibration and follow what Innovative had specified in their manual..Or you can try this..

make sure the calibration is correct, and if you have to tweak the voltage offset.

i triple checked the calibration to be 1V = 10.00AFR and 2v = 20.00AFR just like what other people have done. Then i got to the wideband tab in smanager and click on Innovate LM-1 which brings up these voltages....i tried to tweak the voltage offset and get it dead on at idle but after i rev or drive the car the numbers become different.....

i did install the lm-1 just like the plx m300.....can anyone else tell me how they installed there lm-1...PLEASE AND THANK YOU

figured it out!!!

i just programmed the lm-1 to 0-5V and choose the plx m300 wideband ...with a small voltage offset tweak i got the wideband dead on with the program. I know have a perfect street tune. Thanks for everyones help.
