Help with injector size

I have a Jdm B18c, JRSC w/bosst upgrade, 68mm TB header w/cat back exhaust. I am getting a S100, unless I find a good deal on a 300 in the next few days. Anyway, my dealer recommends 440 or 525 injectors. I would like some feedback as to selecting the correct size. This car is NOT a racer, I use it for simple daily transportation, it's very fun to drive! Pros/cons, resell value, etc. I understand the basics with injector sizing, duty cycle etc., but I may not have considered all my options. 8)

You can run RC 440's or if you run higher boost levels you may want to go with the RC 550's.
