O2 issues, heater and A/f

Car is an 03 rsx with kpro #4097, running k20a2 cold air cal.

First off, the car runs great, the only thing coming up is a cel light and kmanager displays error code 1166 - o2 heater. Fuel status says "open-error" and the a/f always reads 10.7.

During removal of the stock cat, the primary o2 wires were accidentally yanked out of the connector. I followed a pinout (my error may be here) and snapped the crimps back into the connector and all seemed well.

I'd like to get a heads-up on things i need to be especially careful of before I start playing with the o2 sensor wiring, or other aspects of this situation i'm not yet taking into consideration.
