Wideband A/F not showing

I have with a PLX M300 wideband with a H22A turbo odb1 with a P72 obd1 Hondata S300 ECU, Having issues. I have the white wire connected to the ECU"attached to the cut ELD(green/red) wire" and the grey wire connected to the cut white wire leading into the OEM 4 wire O2 harness with the other end of the white wire going to sensor after the bung just hanging. I followed the directions and tripple check on how to get the wideband to show up in the graph and still nodda. I went to setting, chanded to ELD, chaged to A/F, clicked on the PLX Mseries, set the voltage per airfuel as you have it on your site. Loaded the street tuned map and still wont show up when datalogging on the Lambda box in the display screen heads up. What am I doing wrong here?

Check the outputs of the PLX with a multimeter to see if it is acutally working properly.
