Boost control issues

Post by civic_1992@yahoo.com »

cal is attached, just trying to get the bugs worked out of this thing before I start trying to tune it, sorry I do not have a datalog

my issue is no matter what I set the boost control solenoid duty cycle to, I am hitting boost cut (15psi)

every thing is wired and hooked up according to smanager instructions, using the recommended GM solenoid

I'm sure it is something stupid that I am missing, but I am new to hondata, any help is greatly appreciated

vehicle is 99 SI
1.9l 84mm b16
stock head, supertech valves
off the shelf turbonetics turbo kit (log mani, small t3/t4)

boost source is from the intake mani, tee'ed to the solenoid

I would like to start tuning this car around 15 psi, and then move to a boost by gear setup, but I need to get the boost control working correctly

the only other thing worth mentioning is that I wired the boost control solenoid to pin a11 on the obd1 computer at the obd2-obd1 conversion harness. I am not 100% sure if that is correct, if I need to wire to something else or to the engine harness, then I apologize for such a long post
