3 Bar Map problems???

I have a boosted H22 which was in my Lude running the s200 tuned. I swaped motor into an EK civic and car is running way too rich. 3 bar map was hooked up wrong but corrected. Car still running way too rich. I get 5 volts between wires A & C. I don't get 1.6V between A & B. Reading are way high in the 20-30 volt range. What can be the cause of the problem? Can 3-bar map be bad?? Wiring??? PLEASE HELP.

No cel's are showing up and car floods go from way too much gas at idle.

Once a map sensor has been wired incorrectly, it damages it and it must be replaced with a new one.

Is there any way to test the 3 bar map sensor to know if it has been damaged?

From what you have said you did test it and it has been damaged. The next step after fixing the incorrect wiring is to replace the sensor.
