Well, here's the situation. Every time i come to a stop light or whenever I even rev up a bit. The idle will hang at around 1500-1600 then drop to the 500-600 range...sounds pretty nasty too. I have attached the calibration and datalog showing this.
Recommendations anyone?

Either the o2 is mis-reading or it badly needs tuning - the AF is going from 22.5:1 to 11.5:1 and the short term trim is going from +15% to -20%.

now you're talking about idle tuning correct? I am going to try and do that today. I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think it's the O2 sensor. I believe I have a spare that I can swap in to check.

doug,
could a bad O2 sensor also attribute to knocking with normal driving as well? meaning could it affect both my idle and driving?

No, not just idling. All the fuel tables need tuning. They are a long way out (~20%).
