p73 secondary runners

if a p73 (obd-1) is used on a b16a obviously without the secondary runner intake manifold wire hooked up will it throw a code? any other complications using a p73? knock sensor is still good correct?

To my knowledge, there is no such thing as an OBD1 P73.
