Verry mind boggling S300 Prob

k my ecu is acting funny.. if i start my car n let it run for about 45 seconds or soo the car will stall right out... try to start it again n nothing... check plugs to make sure not loading up And for spark i was getting n e spark soo start with replacing coil,plugs still the same no spark wouldnt start Then i put the new ignitor module in the distributor Same no spark checked my Msd n it was working fine... then i unpluged my ecu from the car for 15-20 minz pluged back in n car started right up n ran awesome... now a couple days have gone bye n back to square 1.. starts then dies go to start it again nothing No spark.. soo i reset the ecu by unpluging n it works again... N e one No why this could be happening??? or ever had a simular problem where u could give me sum pointers :? PLEASE HELP!!!!......

Have you tried the ecu in another vehicle?

iv tried another Ecu in my car n same thing ....
