Can't change any values in IGN compensation?!?

Post by Tchleung »

Uploaded is my tune, the problem I am having is whenever I change any values in the IGN compensation, specifically the IGN retard duration. Nothing changes after I save it. I can change it to whatever I want, save it. Close the program, then reopen it and it's back to the defauly?!? This is same with the gear adjustment etc as well. Any ideas?

TTT

Basically, my overall goal here is to shorten the throttle tip in retard duration because when I throttle tip in, even with little IGN timing and good a/f, the ECU retards timing, shows 0.00V knock voltage as well which indicates to me the ECU is pulling it back on purpose for throttle tip in. But to me, it pulls it back too much and for too long. By the time the timing retard duration is just ending, I'm about to shift as each gear only lasts a few seconds anyways.
