very rich at light throttle...

I have tuned freind's car with built B18C engine with Gt30R turbocharger and 1000cc injectors and MSD 3 bar map sensor. Everything works perfectly , but only if i push the throttle very gently (up to 3-5% throttle) i got instant 11AFR logging and it stays in that area if i don't push throttle more). This is in first two columns. If i drive it on more throttle i got perfect 14.7 AFR. I did tried to lower injector values on first two columns up to 50% but stil got the same logging AFR.. Can this issue happen because of very big injectors? We did use injector/resistor box for low impendance injectors.
the car is integra ITR year 1998, equipped with S300 p28ecu, AEM 3 bar map, RC 1000 injectors, resistor box, PLX R500 WB

This is from the injectors. What is the duty cycle like? Can you use smaller injectors?

duty cycle is 1-2% in that area. No i can not use smaller injectors as the engine will go up to 22psi soon and estimate duty cycle at full throttle and 8000 rpm at 22psi will be about 90%.

i have 1000cc injectors in my car.... i dont seem to have an issue... why dont you just Tune it out??? is the TPS set correctly....
