car will not run with s300

I have a d16a6 fully built bottom end 8.5-1 c/r y8 head and a greddy turbo. The car ran fine with the stock ECU and stock injectors even with 450cc dsm's. I now have an obd2 distributor and 4-wire o2 sensor hooked up. The engine wont start easy, but i can turn it over with about 10% throttle and it will run but it sounds like its missing a cylinder or 2. It wont idle off throttle, I have to give it between 4-5% throttle. PLEASE HELP

A Y8 head will not fit on a D16A1. The D16a1 is a DOHC motor. The Y8 head is SOHC.

You more than likely have the distributor wired incorrectly

it ran like this before i put in the obd2 distributor, but perfectly fine with the stock ECU
