Reinstalling and registering software

I am trying to reinstall my Romeditor and Hondalogger software so that i will be asked for a new registration ID. I unistalled both programs and when depress the "Register" option, it says that i am already registered. Is there something more i need to delete from the hard drive so that the installation will be as if it were for the first time and thus ask for the new registration ID?

I want to reinstall from scratch to see if the datalogging functions in Romeditor start working again. They have not been functioning. I can run hondalogger with no problem, but in Romeditor i cannot make the datalogging work. When you hit the connect button in Romeditor, it just sits there frozen and does absolutely nothing.
