When does an engine typically shift from Open->Closed Loo

My engine is a D16z6 in a JRSC del Sol. When does this transition happen? I've heard it's determined by TPS, and others tell me it's via rpm. I'm inclined to believe the former, as the latter may be confused with the VTEC engagement point, but had to make sure.

Load your calibration and look in Parameters at the closed loop settings. You can see exactly how yours is set that way.
