Barometric Pressure Code 13

Code keeps turning on once KOEO.Code 13. ECU never threw the code before once i got it back from HONDATA so they could install this code keeps coming on bad ecu?Bad chip?Any help thanks this is on a JDM obd1 PO8

In RomEditor check 'Disable Barometric Pressure Sensor'
