Help on fuel trim

On the fuel trim is an injectors area that you can write your injectors

Stock injector size 290 cc/min - what does it mean if they are always going to be 290
Current injector size 440 cc/min

I want to know if on the low rev is going to run on 290 and on high rev is going to 440

The stock and replacement injector size is used by the ECU to adjust the fuel table for injectors larger than stock. Low rev high rev?
