Im experiencing a boggin or a surging so to say on my 93 civic hatch. i have a 95 b18c1 engine with a p72 ecu! i have done the ovious, i changed plugs, wires, rotor and cap, fuel filter and even the fuel pump and the problem still persists! It happens most of the time wether im accelerating or at iddle! its like a loss of power or like if the engine is choking on gas. i would drive and u would feel it happening then id stop, then it would start over and stop again, and so one and so forth. Would anyone have a clue on what this might be? plz help me out!Engine prob on Hybrid!

any aftermarket air fuel control devices? plugs are a window into your combustion chamber,, check to see if things are looking excessively rich or even wet with fuel. also look to see the plugs are all about the same in condition/shade. if there is an oddball pay attention to that cylinder as it may be the culprit for the other 3.
