Need info regarding the k20a2 reflash for my 02 rsx type-s

Hey everyone, I have an 02 rsx type-s with a k20a2 engine. I just bought a hondata reflash#4 ECU with the imobalizer and key from a friend and I dont know what I need to do to install it. He had it on the same exact model as mine and almost the same modifications. All i have is injen short ram intake, DC sports ceramic 4-1 header, and a neuspeed cat back exhaust system. Is there any hardware that I need before installing this ECU or is just plug an play? Do I need to have my existing imobilzer and key reprogramed to the ecu he sold me or can I use the key and imobilizer he sold me with the unit for my car? Any help would be appreciated

You will need to take the car to an Acura dealer and have them reprogram the keys and immobilizer to the new ecu.
