P28 Ecu skunk2 obdII to obdI converter question

I am connecting the boost solenoid to the ecu as it says to in the help file. The car is a 1997 honda civic ex, A7 on the factory wiring harness is empty (egr?) but when i use the skunk2 conversion harness there is already a wire going into a11 on the p28 ecu. Tracing the wire back onto the obdII (the factory wiring harness) side of the connector it is in a20 which is ICM (ignition control module 12v with key on) Is my skunk2 connector wired wrong?
