I am getting the P1116 code and my O2 sensor is not being read, but all tunes are from a wide band off of the muffler, so I have not fixed it and really don't think that it has anything to do with the problem, but correct me if I am wrong. Insted of re-typing the problem I will link my K20a thread in which a thread with a similar problem from another user is also linked in my third post. I hope this is Ok

Suden lean problems after update
The changes we make with updates do not, can not and have not caused the problems that you or any others have seen. Most of the time the changes are made just to the PC software, not the ECU software. The nature of any changes to the ECU software don't affect the core code in the ECU which controls injection and ignition.
First, you must fix the o2 sensor error (and any other error codes). Do this and re-test with a known good wideband before going any further. Just the fact that there is an error means that there is a wiring problem with the vehicle that needs to be fixed. This is not optional - the wiring in your vehicle must be the same as the RSX otherwise you're either going to damage the ECU or see erratic behaviour from the ECU.
Finally, follow the guidelines on the forum when posting a problem - the calibration and a datalog often give us the information we need to solve the problem.
