ecu fried, what can i do?

Post by fengya »

i bought my car and it had kpro in it but they said the ecu was fried, from reading other posts, if it is fried and it is just the ecu and not the k pro, would it be possible for me to send you guys a new ecu along with the fried one and would you guys put the k pro in the good ecu? if you could let me know i would greatly appreciate it thanks you.

i just found but i wont get it for a day or so but i was wandering how long the turnaround would be for something like this..and would you test the ecu w/ the kpro before you send it back out to make sure it is working??once i get the ecu i will call for the rma, and i guess i gotta send a prepaid package for you guys to send the ecu back to me?or how does that work?..thanks in advance

go to ur local kroger, get a money order for the specified amount. then wrap both ecu's in a box that will accomadate the 2.. bubble wrap for extra safety... takes about 5 business days, depending on how long they take, or more.

don't forget, u will NOT get 2 ecu's back. they keep the "original" one that came with you buying the car and send u the other one that u paid for as well. so don't expect 2 back...
