PLX SM-AFR equivalent to M-300?

Can I consider these two widebands equivalent? Do you hook it up to the s300 in the same manner?

Was initially looking at the M-300, but the SM-AFR interfaces with that neat LCD gauge they sell. I've only got one location I'd like to put a gauge in my dash, and switching between displays would be nice.

They function exactly the same.
