from non vtec 2 vtec swap

i have a p74 ecu with s300 and was wondering if there is any way 2 make this ecu run vtec since i just got a b16a please help!

i have a p74 and it is not listed will this still work(im still a noob 2 hondata and this confuses me) can i take the ecu 2 the hondata dealer that socked it and have them do it

p74 and pr4 are the same

if i do this can i still control the vtec from the hondata or do i have 2 get an extra controler. sorry for all the trouble thanks 4 the help
