please help!

I do not know what I am doing wrong but my car knocks extremely bad now that the weather has began to warm up. I have tried to tune the timing but have had little or no luck. I have up loaded a datalog from a 3 mile ride around a steep, curvy road in which my car knocked 50 some times. If anyone could look at it or assist me I would greatly appreciate it.
