Closed loop??

Hi there

My client is using S300J on prelude,
he is connecting wideband O2 to standard O2 imput.

He said that AFR on WOT (around 100kpa MAP) differes
between the case when he check and uncheck "closed loop" option.
He sat closed loop condition up to 86kpa MAP, though
ECU still seem to keep closed loop even out of conditions...

Any advise about this?

You cannot run the car in closed loop with a wideband input to the O2. Please refer to the Wideband wiring instructions at http://www.hondata.com/techplxwiring.html

I was so lazy and didn't read this installation myself. I also had it hooked up to the O2. After wiring the wideband the right way through ELD and simulated narrowband to O2, my A/F is jumpy now in closed loop like from 14,5 to 15,6 in no load. Like a waveform Is that normal?

that is normal
