s200 fix help

hi, i have an hondata s200 that i bought from i guy that i met on a speedshop. the thing is that the hondata has a burned circuit or capacitator i think on the board(i dont really know how it is called.). Can i send it to hondata to get if fixed and to check it completelly while it's there. if it can be done what is the procedure to follow. I will appreciatte your help in any way and i apologize if this is not the area to put this post.

hi, sorry for the low quality pics. I dont know if you can help me with this pics but it is the circuit with the red circle around it. When you see the board you can see the burned circuit.
