Civic EX 99 B18 S300 charging problem

I have a chipped p28 and ODB2b to ODB1 harness and the car charge right but when I connect a P28/S300 system the car don't charge. I test the P28/S300 with a Integra GSR 96 with a ODB2b to ODB1 harness and the car charge right. I have no idea the cause of the problem

If anyone have any idea!!!!

Based on your testing you have ruled out the possibility that it is a problem with the s300 or the ecu. The only thing left is your adapter harness or the wiring in the vehicle.

It also sounds to me like a problem with the wiring of your adapter.
