push button and 3 step problems

I checked to make sure 3 step is enabled and it is.
When the car is on and i press the button the check engine light never flashes. I have tried 2 different buttons and still wont work.
Somebody please help me.

What is the serial number of your system?

I would suggest taking this to your nearest Hondata dealer. This way they can use the datalogging on their dealer kit to help pinpoint the problem. Your system does have the 3-step option.

Someones got to know the answer.
What if my box is bad?
Do i get a new one for free or do i have to buy one?
