Which Base Map to start with?

I have purchased S300J for my JDM B16 OBD1 ecu & planning it to install the ecu myself (thanks for my electronics Engg as my background).Also I will be installing Wideband PLX R500 & interface it with Hondata & datalog and tune,(power with g sensor of PLX,AFR,EGT,knock) the thing is i want to tune my car first in NA mode so that i get my hands on Tuning since this is first kind of setup here in India & theres no one who can install the same.also theres no dyno in india...sad but true :(
My setup is as follows
JDM B16 Sleeved block 84MM with CP 9.1 Forged pistons & Rods,stock crank,ITR CAMS,Ported Polished Cyl Head,upgraded valve train components,stock TB,Edelbrock IM,Garatte GT35R turbo,RC750CC injectors,hondata IM gasket,etc
I plan to hook up everything minus turbo but including injectros(RC 750CC) & do part throttle tuning first & then tune full throttle pull in (N.A),after that is over i will add Boost colums & tune engine for Boost. I will be datalogging from S300 & also from PLXR500 to check AFR,& other engine parameters, the engine has completed running inn & Smanager has JDM P30 Calibration files should i use the same calibration as base to start with or any other is recommended considering Bore Size,ITR CAms & C.R?
any suggestion or advice ?

there is a stock b16 tune in the smanager folder, i would recommend starting out with one of those.
