S300 EGT???

Can a EGT sensor be connected to S300? Also which one is recommended to use if possible?

Yes. You'll need something with an analog voltage output. You can use the PLX SM-EGT (you only need the box and sensor - the display is optional), and wire the analog output into one of the analog inputs on the ECU. See http://www.plxdevices.com/products_SMEGT.htm

Go to Help, Contents, then click on the Search tab. Type in Analog input and hit enter. You will see a number of help topics that should clear this up for you.
