Bad Data

I am connecting to an S200 system. My computor goes online and all the data on the dashboard and sensor readings are bogas. The tach reads 19999 and temps are 240 deg. any suggestions. We are a new dealer and I tried our S200 box and the same results. thanks in advance Joe

Download the most recent software and re-burn the EEPROMs.

Is it possible to save the customers original tune before i try to start over?

Yes, you need to read the ROM in, export the ROM, upgrade RomEditor, create a new ROM, then import the data back in.
