cannot download tune off ecu

I'm using v 1.2.2.2 on the comp, but the ecu says it's running version 1.2.2.0

anyway, i'm getting an error when trying to download the tune off the ecu. Can this be solved?

edit: running 2004 acura rsx-s with k-pro.

Are you connected when trying to download? Make sure you are connected with the USB cable but dont hit the "connect" lighning button. It will casue you all sorts of problems. Also it helps if you are running the same version of the software on your laptop as the calibration is.
