ECU code 41 help..

I just swapped a b16a3 motor with a P30 ECU into my 92 civic and my ECU is giving me a 41 code which is the Primary O2 Sensor Heater. I am still using my D16 catalytic convertor which doesn't have an O2 sensor on the cat which means I am missing an O2 sensor because the B series motor (from what I heard) should have 2 O2 sensors. Would that cause the problem or would it be something else? Any help is appreciated.

your p30 only looks for one o2 sensor if i'm not mistaken.

on hondaswap.com, i wrote up a p28/p30 pinout, you can see it if you go thtere and click on articles and just look through them for the pinout one.. then you can see what pins all the wires go to.

I checked the ecu pinouts and everything seems to be in order. Could my o2 sensor just be bad and needs to be replaced? My car is also running a little rich as well.
