D16Y7 noob install question

Hey,
I've got a P28 w/ S300 ready to plug into my D16Y7.

Looks like the stockp28 calibration is the closest one in there for my engine.

Can I adjust the injector size down to 190, disable vtec and use it?

It is a fully adjustable system. You can make whatever changes you like to the calibrations.

Here's what I'm getting at...

Will this config run my car well enough to start it up and get a reading from my wideband sensor and make adjustments from there?

i'm in the same proverbial "boat." i did a search, and this old thread is what i came up with. anyone know which adjustments would need to be made other than disabling vtec? ..or possibly some guidance for this noob?
