Tuning air/fuel

I datalogged and noticed that my air fuel ratio from 3250-5000 rpms varies from 12.9 all the way to 14.9:1. I highlight 3250 to 4500 and from left to right from column 1 all the way to 10 and hit control j. This brings up the box to change percentage and i put 5% more fuel but it dosent seem to do anything. The fuel curve dosent move at all in 2d or 3d. Am i doing something wrong?

I have attempted to recreate what you are describing, and am unable to reproduce it. Have you tried creating a new calibraion and seeing if the same thing happens?

No i havent, should i start from the stock k24 map and start over? By the way my mods are in the notes section

Perhaps you're editing the wrong cam angle table? That will cause the symptoms you describe. If you're not going to do any tuning of the actual cam angles (valve timing), you can click the "edit all tables" check box to modify all tables for either fuel or ignition (regardless of what cam angle they are for) at the same time.

It is also advisable to enable the options for "table follows vtec" and "tables follow cam angle" -- that way when you click in a datalog graph, it will load the right table for where the ecu was reading the majority of it's information from. That way you can click either ignition 1/2 or fuel 1/2 and then click a place in the graph and it will load the right fuel or ignition table for you to modify.

Thank you sir this seemed to fix the problem. My air fuel is between 12.3 to 12.9 at wot. Thanks man :mrgreen:
