Converting auto p08 ecu to 5 speed

Hi, I'm new here.
It says i need to lower RP18 from 2.4k to 1.4k ohms. Can anyone tell me how this is done?

Any help would be grealy appreciated.

You will have to remove the existing resistor and replace it with one of the correct value.

Where would I find a resistor like that? Sorry if I seem a little obtuse, I'm just learning.

Do to the complexity and expense of an ECU I would suggest that you have someone who has socket ECU's before like a Hondata dealer. Alternatively you may want to pay the socketing fee and send the ECU to Hondata to be socketed and tested.
