Flashing S200

OK, so i got my P28 configured with Hondata ... the Hondata just flashes each time the key is in the 'on' position.

i tried jumping J1, and leaving it open. Both same effects.

ideas?

Flashing light = bad ROM or incorrectly socketed ECU. Try burning the EPROM again.
